For some of us, Pythagoras represents more than just a geometric theorem.
The Knights of Pythagoras are not known for their mathematical genuis. In fact the men of KOP participate in community service, philanthropy, professional development, and mentorship to young men all across the nation.
The Knights of Pythagoras (KOP) is traditionally a mentorship branch of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia, a branch of speculative masonry founded by a man named Prince Hall in Boston Massachusetts, circa 1787.
While the young brothers of KOP might not be engaged officially in the lawful pursuit of masonry, given their age, they are extensions of the Prince Hall brand and the lodges they represent.
The brothers of The Benjamin Barksdale Order of the Knights of Pythagoras commissioned NODSTU to build a brand that would reflect the noble and lofty ideals of their organization.
